Recruiting new affiliates via social media?

Soliciting on social media can be a very tricky thing. There are certain rules that apply that are quite similar to what one would have to follow if they were submitting an email recruitment letter. If they haven't requested it or if it is not appropriate for the network or group you're initiating the recruitment in, do not post it. Aside from that, there are some rules that make being a successful recruiter possible, especially via social media. Here are the ones that I follow:

1. Start at home first. Solicit the people closest to you. Inform them of the potential of SFI, of what is required to join SFI, and how to be successful using it. There are going to be objections; that comes with the territory. Many people have tried money making schemes in the past and have experienced the feeling of losing money to a pyramid or quick rich scheme. Approach those people with caution. Explain to them the difference between SFI and other Internet Marketing/Network Marketing/MLM businesses. Know what sets us apart.Join my team

2. Be the resident expert. People always respect someone who has expertise in a particular area. Allow yourself to be the expert when it comes to Internet marketing. Market your expertise to everyone.

3. Establish a group for like minded individuals. If you have friends that would like to join, allow them to join an exclusive group, just for Internet marketers in which you share with them to secrets to success in Internet marketing.

4. Establish a marketing campaign. Some social media sites allow you to use ad campaigns. Take advantage of these opportunities to, not only market to your currenet circle of friends, those outside of your circle of influence.

What should I tell prospects about SFI

One way to do that is by telling the whole truth about the business in your ads with a link to one of your gateways. Don’t hold back any crucial information. You will still get some tire kickers, but surely less. When advertising or promoting in any other way, mention the following:

1. That this is a real and serious business that requires an investment in the form of time (like any other real business). You have to unlock the front door of your “shop” everyday so that you can manage it properly. You do this by logging in everyday and do your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions. This is how you manage your business.

2. It also requires a certain level of knowledge which is going to need a time investment. You learn how the business work by logging in everyday, because there are News, Tips, Forum Posts, ASK SC questions and answers and Training Materials on the SFI site, for the taking. Read it and use it.

3. It requires an investment in the form of money to become really successful. Although SFI is free to join and you can earn without investing any money (many sources of income in SFI, like selling TripleClicks products or your own unwanted stuff, etc.), you can only really tap onto the best source of income in SFI, namely the Executive Pool, by investing some money in advertising (advertising to get PSA’s, ECA’s and PRM’s is what this business is actually about), buying from TripleClicks yourself (especially business building products and services like shares in SBuilder Co-op or PSA’s or promotional material), setting up a Standing Order for 1500VP or more (to qualify as EA at least every month) and although SFI have extensive training materials also in other sources of training as on-line courses for Internet Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.

4. This is not a Get Rich Quick Scheme. It takes hard work and dedication to make it work. It’s not for the faint at heart and it’s definitely not for people who want to make a quick buck. Free to join,No risk

Another way to screen your prospects before you enroll them is to place a link to your website on the add where you can ask for them to fill in their email if they are interested. After receiving their details send them further info about the business and start communicating with them. Find out what their interests are and only after satisfying yourself that they might stick it out, send them the link to enroll. Another way is to ask them to send their email directly to you in exchange for more info and start chatting to them. Do the same as above.

Yet another way (maybe the best) is to do in person presentations one on one or for groups and in that presentation don’t beat about the bush. You want real prospects, so tell them the real truth, as above and then sign up only the ones that are still really interested.

Best methods for recruiting new affiliates via social media

Social media with its vastness and far reaching effect can be a very useful tool when it comes to recruiting new affiliates. When doing so one must keep in mind the 5 Ps of The Social Marketing Mix. And they are; People, Place, Participation, Purpose and Promotion.

People (target audience) With that we are talking, our target audience will be people who are interested in online marketing, and are the perfect fit for our specific business unit.

Place (search method) our search points should be either in person or our online website. Which of these methods will have a greater impact? The online search, when we are looking for customers to purchase products after being directed from other platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or from a community blog to your landing page/blog, the online method will prove to be conveniently effective. Direct marketing is only good for big ticket items, such as industrial equipment. Work from home

Participation – with this we are talking the social objective of engaging the affiliate after sign-ups, have that extra something such as how to use the translator for those who are not fluent in your native language. Plan how you will engage the would-be affiliate via webinars, in person, or on the net, and some of this can be done with our crowning jewel, the YouTube presentation. Your primary goal at this point is connect with the affiliate, and invigorate business increases.

Purpose – Almost as above, invigorating business increases is your purpose, but you must ensure that the alignment of your purpose must is precisely associated with that of the affiliate, that is, to generate income as promised for the affiliate. Your conversation index should be structured in such a way that it is somewhat centered on that particular agenda, that will without doubt, generate income for all parties involved.

Promotion – With this we are talking the promotional frequency of each income stream and how the focus of the promotions, given the A/B sampling method, will sequence which of the various income streams comes first, as per your budget requirements for each promotion period. In short, in terms of income, determine which income stream will generate a quick turnaround.

Keep Up With Your Progress!!

I've tried a couple online businesses, and SFI is in a class of excellence ALL BY THEMSELVES!! The LaunchPad lessons I've seen so far are simple to understand, easy to implement. The most important lesson I've learned is PERSISTENCE! Go to the Affiliate Center EVERY day, go thru all the red tabs, and DO what they say. Repetition is one of the best ways to learn! Every time you go thru the tabs, read something different (click on the links within articles), and learn more. Explore the websites. And HAVE PATIENCE!!! Rome was definitely not built in a day, nor will your business be. Over time, as you do the dailies, you will learn more, acquire/gain CSAs and PSAs, gradually building your downline. The more VPs you acquire as you go, the more desire you will have to come back daily, and READ, READ, then READ again because you will see that each day you will learn something new. And the more VPs you gain, the closer you will get to the next rank or maintain the one you have, and you will feel the excitement of getting closer and closer to your goals. Be sure to establish your goals, and monitor them often to keep up with your progress!!

Seven Steps to Success

1) Make a commitment to grow daily.
2) Value the process more than events.
3) Don't wait for inspiration.
4) Be willing to sacrifice pleasure for opportunity.
5) Dream big.
6) Plan your priorities.
7) Give up to go up.”

" John C. Maxwell " / Best wishes for success...
also what's important is about sharing your knowledge and success. Your downline is your business foundation. In order to have a Strong business you must first build a strong downline. Share with your team everything you do to build your business and impress upon them to do the same. This opportunity is a rare jewel. Those of us that get it, see it's simple beauty, but those that don't get it, only see a lump of muck, help them to see the jewel by scrapping away the muck a little at a time, until they can see the gem for themselves.
also what i can add and benefit and recomanded for all of us so just follow these steps, and you will become successful Team Leader

1st Have a Plan
2nd Believe in what you're doing
3rd Work Hard
4th Stay Focused
5th Be Consistent
6th Follow Successful People ...

Most important goal you've set for your SFI business and why?

Anyone who has joined SFI and serious about it, must have set a goal, which is important to him/her. To start finding out the most important goal for my SFI business, I’m going to ask this question: What kind of goal will make me happier for my SFI business?

There is a relationship between success and goals. People who set goals are more likely to achieve success than people who don’t set goals.

Everyone is unique. What I consider as a success may be different for you. What I have set as the most important goal (long term) for my SFI business is to be able to attain financial freedom. How much money do I want to make and in what time frame in order to have my needs and family covered and afford to live our lifestyle?

Why I have set this long term important goal for my SFI business? Start your own business

- It is important to choose long term goals that excite you most and have the best positive emotional connection with because you will receive the most fulfillment with every small goals you accomplish working towards your long term goal.

- It gives me visions of what I want to achieve and provide me motivation to continue progressing.

- Achieving my smaller goals, which provide a clearer path to my long term goal, will raise my self confidence.

- My long term goal provides a clearer path to where I want to go in life and gives me a sense of accomplishment and well being upon achievement.

It’s not just that goal setting is important, the kind of goals we decide to set are important and how we go about pursuing them.

To build a team within your own spoken language and environment...or go beyond these boundaries ?

This depends on your goals and you strengths as far as this business is concern. Some may prefer to globalize, while others may prefer to localize, both for different reasons. Some see opportunities where others do not, hence may want to tap into that specific opportunity, but yet others believe you need to knock on all doors to be able to determine where opportunity is lurking. Both approaches have their merits and downside as stated below:

1. Building a team within your local environment gives you the benefit of local knowledge which you can tap into like same language, common problems and common solutions. Culturally, you know the do and don'ts, including best practices in communication and approach, so you will be able to use these advantages to build your team.

These benefits of hindsight are absent when you go beyond your boundary, maybe globally because you will be dealing with several unknowns and only just hoping you are doing the right thing.

2. If you are not an experience marketer, you may just want to build a team locally and as you develop the necessary experience and confidence, you may begin to expand beyond your geographical region.

On the other hand, an experienced person may see the entire globe as his constituency and tap into the huge potential of globalised team building.

3. It may be cheaper to build a team within your environment in certain aspects; shipping of products as you may buy from local ECAs, organising local events where you may want to meet physically.

There may be some potential hassles in trying to organise an event for team members beyond your environment, especially if its a physical event. Some may argue that online events and meetings are gaining momentum in the virtual world, but physical interaction is more cordial, friendly and trust building, which may not be the case in a virtual event or meeting. Start your own business

4. You may also be able to tap into the current market trends in your local environment by encouraging your team members to open ECA stores in order to take advantage of selling local products that are regarded as cash cows.

However, when you build your team beyond your boundary, potential ECAs may be unable to ascertain local cash cows to promote.

Having said this, I am of the opinion that building your team beyond your local environment will effectively create diversity and boost the potential of improving your portfolio of success. This is because if there is a downturn of event in your local environment, it may negatively impact on the success of your team.

Fear of success is a major problem for many people.

Most “fear” is derived from lack of knowledge (the unknown) – even the fear of success. When confronted with the complexities of having a large group of people depending on you to lead them on the road to success can be quite fearful to someone who has never done anything like that before.

The beauty of the SFI and TripleClicks business is that it takes time to build a really good financial income. It is during this “time” the affiliate will gradually be increasing and acquiring the knowledge in business building procedures.

Each time a person preforms a small step towards overcoming a fear – taking that small step is no longer fearful. Taking one step at a time decreases the fear factor that much more.

That is why it is so important not to overwhelm a new affiliate with too much information. A mouth is only so big – you can stuff too much food in it so that chewing and swallowing it are impossible. So don’t feed an affiliate to much at a time; with many small bites a huge amount of food can be digested.

The only way you are going to know if a person is “fearful” of success is if they tell you that. Do not assume that someone is fearful because they don’t commit to the business as strongly as you are doing. There are many reasons that people hold back on further activities and “fear” has nothing to do with it.

The fear you are looking at may be - the person just don’t know what to do next and is afraid to ask for help.
The fear you are looking at may be - a time of great financial difficulty and they don’t want to be telling anyone how rough of a time they are having.
The fear you are looking at may be - nothing more than a language barrier and they can’t explain what the problem is because of incorrect interpretation.Work from home

As a team leader we should never try to get “past” the situation. Find a way to work with those who you believe have these fears you may be surprised to find out that with the proper help your fearful affiliate may be one who can take down Goliath.

How to manage your team with many cultures and timezones to navigate.

1. I would rather admit that managing affiliates in your team coming from different countries with different cultures, languages & time zones, is not an issue at all in the first place. As a matter of fact, it’s very interesting & a wonderful opportunity to deal with people from different races, religions etc on a global platform. I do take it as a pleasant challenge to guide, help & encourage my global affiliates to perform well and progress in SFI.

2. Isn’t it better to run a business on which people are working around the clock around the world? This is definitely a positive feature of the SFI business.
Analogically speaking, our online shop is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 12 months in a year.Free to join

3. I do understand the following:-
a). SFI is a global internet business.
b) The affiliates who are sponsored & sign up will hail from different countries with different languages, time zones etc.
c) This also calls for making good use of the 24 hours available in a day to contact with my team mates by mail, mobile, online chat or any other media source.
d) Though languages are not the same, English can be used for global communication.
e) At the outset, it is important to understand that there is only one "Business Culture", especially in the world of Internet-the culture of efficiency, cost effectiveness and multiplying your income!

4. Moreover, SFI has given us the additional luxury of a language translator which I make very good use of in my team communications. When I sponsor someone speaking a different language and not understanding English, I use the translate system provided by SFI and send the group/individual mails. This has helped me in number of cases where the response is prompt & better when mail is translated into respective languages of my team members.

5. Once you focus on being efficient, providing cost effective ways to do business and helping people make money, the affiliates around the world will understand your message. This will ultimately break the language barriers and attract people to your business, regardless of their culture, race, religion, language of communication or their location on the global map.

6. I use my tools of communication quite effectively; they are my
a) Personal tools like my own websites, my blogs etc.
b) Collective tools like the social media (Twitter, FB, Instagram etc) and the built-in SFI Marketing and Advertising features /banners ,Gateways etc..

7. Finally to summarize, managing the team with many cultures, languages, race, religions and time zones is always welcome.
Presently, sponsoring active & performing members under your team is the biggest challenge for all of us .Patience & perseverance are the keys. Let’s be optimistic that who ever is serious will definitely become active - if not today at least in future!!
Before I conclude, let us realize that we are in business that is global and all our sponsored affiliates are not similar like the fingers of our hand!!
