There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints.

Action VersaPoints are best to be earned each day little by little as this is how by the end of the month an affiliate can achieve on-going success.

It is encouraged through SFI to start a Standing Order as soon as possible to generate a minimum of 1500 Versa Points each month to sustain an affiliate profile to be minimally an EA2 - this is a good strategy for any affiliate - new or experienced with SFI,

There are action tasks identified in an Affiliate's To-Do List Tab - have down line members consider what they believe they can do each day - have them focus on a minimum of 10 tasks to complete on their To-Do List - this will have them earn Versa Points each day as well as have an earned extra entry for the Daily Grand Prizes. Daily earned Versa Points of a minimum of 10 will have affiliates earn various badges which will be displayed with their profile for others to see...added benefit to earning Versa Points.

The above is simply 2 strategies to share with down line team members - as a minimum to complete for each month he/she is with SFI.

Now, it is also important to encourage affiliate members to consistently perform 1 additional task each month which will earn them Versa Points meanwhile will grow their business. Discuss with them the various ideas that are shared through SFI training modules such as Launch Pad Lessons or even other marketing strategies which can earn them additional Versa Points such as but not limited to the following ideas:

Distribution of TripleClicks Gift Cards - one card (electronic or hard copy) can earn the affiliate 10 versa points as per the program structure outline by SFI,

ASK SC - encourage affiliates to add their own answers to questions that are submitted into ASK SC so that they can earn on a regular basis VersaPoints every month; each answer submitted can earn a 1 place, 2nd place or 3 rd place rating which then earns VersaPoints,

Eager Zebra Games - this can earn affiliates up to an additional 50 VersaPoints each month. Affiliates who purchase T-credits as part of their Standing Order can then use the T-Credits to play games. All Games that are offered provides an opportunity to win extra goodies such as T-Credits, Versa Points or even credits to continue playing games.

PriceBender Bidding - is another way to earn Versa Points with the use of T-Credits. Personally I enjoy playing the bidding war against others for products that I hope to win (deals are great by the way) and each bid earns me 1 Versa Point along with MRP's - this definitely has a lot of benefit for the affiliate.

The most important thing to remember is to consider what the affiliate believes he or she is capable of managing in order to earn their Versa Points. The easier the means to earn the Versa Points then the more likely the affiliate will consistently perform the tasks to earn their points.

There are also other ways to earn points - all of which are structured through the To-Do list so be sure to demonstrate how the To-Do list helps to organize not only daily tasks but also weekly and monthly. All tasks listed on the To-Do list guides all affiliates to earn VersaPoints on a consistent basis.

BE THE BOSS: The most IMPORTANT things to do in SFI

BE THE BOSS: The most IMPORTANT things to do in SFI: 1) Complete their affiliate profile   I rate this as the most important first step as this gives their sponsor an excellent overview ...

The most IMPORTANT things to do in SFI

1) Complete their affiliate profile
I rate this as the most important first step as this gives their sponsor an excellent overview of their new affiliate. It also allows their sponsor to custom tailor their communications based on the information their affiliate provides in their profile. For example, if your affiliate states in their profile that they have strong prior online advertising experience, then you are not likely needing to teach them how and where to advertise.

2) Upload a photo to their profile
The internet takes away the essence of personalize. Without a photo, you are nothing more than words on a screen and a faceless name. By having a photo posted on your profile, both your sponsor and those who your affiliate introduces to SFI will feel more comfortable when communicating.

3) Visit their sponsor's leadership page
This is why it is so important for us as SFI leaders to maintain our leadership pages. Aside from our direct communications with our affiliates, our leadership page can provide a great level of insight for our new affiliates. This also gives our new affiliates a chance to see what contests we might be running for them and about any we advertising co-ops we are running.

4) White list both the SFI emails and their sponsor's email addresses
This is very important so that they won't miss any important announcements from SFI. By white listing their sponsor's email address, they won't miss any direct email communications from their sponsor. However, a word of caution regarding having them white list your email... DO NOT break SFI's rules and use this as an opportunity to cross-solicit.

5) Complete fast track
By doing this, new affiliates are able to demonstrate to their sponsor and the world that they are serious about their SFI business. While not a guarantee, fast trackers are more likely to stay active so long as you do your part in encouraging them and providing coaching, training and guidance to help them succeed. JOIN US NOW

6) Contact their sponsor
You might wonder why I put this in here. How often do we get a sign-up notification only to do nothing? How often have we thought "I completed my welcome mailer, that is sufficient."? Or sometimes we might have a built-in mental delay mechanism wherein we let them get started and feel their way around, choosing to send our personal welcome message 48 to 72 hours after they enroll. When our new affiliates contact us first, it is another avenue whereby they are showing us that they are serious about their SFI business. It also demonstrates that they are self-motivated and are able to take initiative.

7) Get familiar with the daily task tabs
As this is where we all typically start each day with our SFI businesses, it is good to have your new affiliates get familiar with these tabs and the information each one contains.

8) Introduce themselves in the forum
The forum is an amazing resource for us. Sometimes we won't always have the answers that our affiliates are seeking. By getting comfortable with the forum, your affiliates will know that they have multiple avenues to explore when in need of answers. This is because we all his lives apart from SFI and cannot be on the site 24/7 to be able to answer their questions the moment they ask them. Given the fact also that SFI is a global opportunity, and apart from A2A, the forum is a great place for them to connect with fellow affiliates from their own country.

9) Review the Start and SFI Basics buttons
As their titles imply, these sections provide much of the essential information for the new affiliate.

10) Start the SFI LaunchPad training
Just like the Start and SFI Basics sections, this training takes your new affiliate through 30 days of essential training. In the LaunchPad, your new affiliate will learn about such things as SFI, TripleClicks and the SFI Rules for Success.

To become a great salesman or saleswoman.

To become a great salesperson; you need two important things:
(a) Good customer relationship management; (b) Good marketing strategies.
I will explain the two as follows:

A) GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

A business that will go places will from the beginning ensure good relationship with customers. It costs six to seven times more to acquire a new customer than to keep an existing one. Money can't buy one of the most important things you need to promote in your business, that is, relationship. How do customer relationships drive your business? It's all about finding people who believe in your products and/or services. Powerful relationships don't just happen from one-time meetings at networking events; or another pocketful of random business cards that litters your desk. What you need is a plan to make those connections grow and work for you. Successful businesses have journeyed the way of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for several years to a point where they now know that no customers no business. CRM is the practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage, record and evaluate customer interactions in order to compel sales growth by deepening and enriching relationships with their customer bases.

Loyal customers are the best salespeople. Your business may just be starting; and all you have are just few customers. What you do with the little determines what the size will look like in the future. So spend the time to build your network and do the follow-up. Today there are cost effective tools, like e-mail marketing, that make this easy. You can e-mail a simple newsletter, an offer or an update message of interest to your network (make sure it's of interest to them, not just to you). Then they'll remember you and what you do and deliver value back to you with referrals. They'll hear about opportunities you'll never hear about. The only way they can say, "Wow, I met somebody who's really good at ABC office today; is to give them a call. Such customers become your sales force.

Creating and nurturing a strong relationship with a customer is key to the ongoing success of a business, especially a young business for that matter. A strong customer relationship not only means that the client is likely to keep doing business with a company over the long-term, it also means that the chances of that customer recommending the company and its products to others are greatly enhanced. So identify customer needs and wants. This is accomplished by employing the dual processes of interacting with the client while also making use of background research. Using both approaches makes it possible to meet identified needs while anticipating future needs and presenting the customer with a solution before there is a chance for the client to look elsewhere.

Provide full disclosure where and when necessary, especially when interacting with a client. This means focusing on providing a complete answer in response to customers’ queries and concerns. Be honest in those communications and set reasonable expectations for getting back to clients if you need to do some research before making a response. Doing so leaves the impression that what the customer thinks matters greatly and that the customer is in fact your priority.

Seek customer feedback promptly. This includes seeking suggestions on new features or products that would interest the customer, as well as evaluation of current products and features. Always listen carefully and respond in a manner that lets the client know you understand the suggestions or critiques that have been offered. Thank the client even if the comments are negative.Join my team.

B) GOOD MARKETING STRATEGIES:

Good marketing strategies is your key to unlock business success and breakthrough. Know your business target audience, the section of the society they belong, the best way to reach them and how to package your products and services in a way that will attract them.

If you are marketing to the right people in the right place, you will control your spending and also have high percentage of response from contacted customers. In this case, your effort yields better results. You want to be specific as to places where you put money, because if you say the right things to the right people in your marketing, they will have a higher chance of responding. This means you get more return on your marketing investment. That’s a great thing!

We are all taught that selling benefits is better than selling features. In lion share of situations, this is certainly true. However, more powerful than simply selling benefits and linking them to features, is to sell the ideal. The ideal is the thing or the experience that your customer is looking for. For example, if you have a travel agency, your customers might appreciate the benefit of saving money, and they like the thought of that. When doing marketing, it is important we make sure that while we are listing our benefits, we also remember to address the ideal.

Recruiting new affiliates via social media?

Soliciting on social media can be a very tricky thing. There are certain rules that apply that are quite similar to what one would have to follow if they were submitting an email recruitment letter. If they haven't requested it or if it is not appropriate for the network or group you're initiating the recruitment in, do not post it. Aside from that, there are some rules that make being a successful recruiter possible, especially via social media. Here are the ones that I follow:

1. Start at home first. Solicit the people closest to you. Inform them of the potential of SFI, of what is required to join SFI, and how to be successful using it. There are going to be objections; that comes with the territory. Many people have tried money making schemes in the past and have experienced the feeling of losing money to a pyramid or quick rich scheme. Approach those people with caution. Explain to them the difference between SFI and other Internet Marketing/Network Marketing/MLM businesses. Know what sets us apart.Join my team

2. Be the resident expert. People always respect someone who has expertise in a particular area. Allow yourself to be the expert when it comes to Internet marketing. Market your expertise to everyone.

3. Establish a group for like minded individuals. If you have friends that would like to join, allow them to join an exclusive group, just for Internet marketers in which you share with them to secrets to success in Internet marketing.

4. Establish a marketing campaign. Some social media sites allow you to use ad campaigns. Take advantage of these opportunities to, not only market to your currenet circle of friends, those outside of your circle of influence.

What should I tell prospects about SFI

One way to do that is by telling the whole truth about the business in your ads with a link to one of your gateways. Don’t hold back any crucial information. You will still get some tire kickers, but surely less. When advertising or promoting in any other way, mention the following:

1. That this is a real and serious business that requires an investment in the form of time (like any other real business). You have to unlock the front door of your “shop” everyday so that you can manage it properly. You do this by logging in everyday and do your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions. This is how you manage your business.

2. It also requires a certain level of knowledge which is going to need a time investment. You learn how the business work by logging in everyday, because there are News, Tips, Forum Posts, ASK SC questions and answers and Training Materials on the SFI site, for the taking. Read it and use it.

3. It requires an investment in the form of money to become really successful. Although SFI is free to join and you can earn without investing any money (many sources of income in SFI, like selling TripleClicks products or your own unwanted stuff, etc.), you can only really tap onto the best source of income in SFI, namely the Executive Pool, by investing some money in advertising (advertising to get PSA’s, ECA’s and PRM’s is what this business is actually about), buying from TripleClicks yourself (especially business building products and services like shares in SBuilder Co-op or PSA’s or promotional material), setting up a Standing Order for 1500VP or more (to qualify as EA at least every month) and although SFI have extensive training materials also in other sources of training as on-line courses for Internet Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.

4. This is not a Get Rich Quick Scheme. It takes hard work and dedication to make it work. It’s not for the faint at heart and it’s definitely not for people who want to make a quick buck. Free to join,No risk

Another way to screen your prospects before you enroll them is to place a link to your website on the add where you can ask for them to fill in their email if they are interested. After receiving their details send them further info about the business and start communicating with them. Find out what their interests are and only after satisfying yourself that they might stick it out, send them the link to enroll. Another way is to ask them to send their email directly to you in exchange for more info and start chatting to them. Do the same as above.

Yet another way (maybe the best) is to do in person presentations one on one or for groups and in that presentation don’t beat about the bush. You want real prospects, so tell them the real truth, as above and then sign up only the ones that are still really interested.

Best methods for recruiting new affiliates via social media

Social media with its vastness and far reaching effect can be a very useful tool when it comes to recruiting new affiliates. When doing so one must keep in mind the 5 Ps of The Social Marketing Mix. And they are; People, Place, Participation, Purpose and Promotion.

People (target audience) With that we are talking, our target audience will be people who are interested in online marketing, and are the perfect fit for our specific business unit.

Place (search method) our search points should be either in person or our online website. Which of these methods will have a greater impact? The online search, when we are looking for customers to purchase products after being directed from other platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or from a community blog to your landing page/blog, the online method will prove to be conveniently effective. Direct marketing is only good for big ticket items, such as industrial equipment. Work from home

Participation – with this we are talking the social objective of engaging the affiliate after sign-ups, have that extra something such as how to use the translator for those who are not fluent in your native language. Plan how you will engage the would-be affiliate via webinars, in person, or on the net, and some of this can be done with our crowning jewel, the YouTube presentation. Your primary goal at this point is connect with the affiliate, and invigorate business increases.

Purpose – Almost as above, invigorating business increases is your purpose, but you must ensure that the alignment of your purpose must is precisely associated with that of the affiliate, that is, to generate income as promised for the affiliate. Your conversation index should be structured in such a way that it is somewhat centered on that particular agenda, that will without doubt, generate income for all parties involved.

Promotion – With this we are talking the promotional frequency of each income stream and how the focus of the promotions, given the A/B sampling method, will sequence which of the various income streams comes first, as per your budget requirements for each promotion period. In short, in terms of income, determine which income stream will generate a quick turnaround.
